These terms govern your purchase and use of Session Nail Artist AI™ ("Session AI"), supplied by byNadiaBlanco™, 167–169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF. By purchasing, you agree to them.
Session AI is an AI-powered writing tool, accessed through your web browser. Purchase grants one individual a personal, non-transferable licence to use it.
You pay £59 once. There is no subscription, no recurring fee, and no limit on how much you use it.
Everything Session AI produces is a draft. You are responsible for reading it before you send it.
Session AI generates text using a third-party AI model. AI models can be confidently wrong. It may invent a detail, misjudge a tone, misunderstand your situation, or produce something that reads well and says the wrong thing.
It has no knowledge of your actual relationships, your history with a client or agency, or the context you didn't type in. It cannot know what is true.
Check every draft before you send it. Correct anything inaccurate. What goes out under your name is yours — not ours, and not the model's.
Access is granted immediately on payment. You set your own password and can log in from any device.
We intend to provide Session AI for as long as is reasonably practicable. If we ever have to discontinue it, we will give you reasonable notice.
Session AI depends on services we do not control — in particular the AI provider that generates the replies. It may be slow, briefly unavailable, or interrupted for maintenance, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
If the underlying AI provider changes its service, its pricing or its terms in a way that makes the product unviable, we may need to change how Session AI works, or discontinue it. We will give you reasonable notice if that happens.
Because this is a one-off purchase and not a subscription, no fee is being taken from you during any downtime.
This sale is final. Session AI is non-refundable.
Session AI is digital content supplied immediately. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you would normally have 14 days to cancel — but that right is lost once supply of digital content begins with your consent.
By completing your purchase you expressly request immediate access to Session AI and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right to cancel.
This does not affect your legal rights if the product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. If something is broken, contact us and we will fix it — or, if we cannot, put it right.
Disliking a particular draft the AI produced is not a fault. It is a drafting tool, and drafts vary.
You may use Session AI for your own professional work. You may not:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, without refund.
You may not use Session AI to produce anything unlawful, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or deliberately deceptive.
You may not use it to impersonate another person, or to generate content intended to mislead someone about who they are dealing with.
Do not attempt to overload the service, resell access to the AI, or use it as a general-purpose AI endpoint for anything other than its intended purpose. Access to the AI is monitored for abuse, and accounts making abnormal volumes of requests may be suspended.
Session AI — its interface, prompts, structure, naming and written content — is the intellectual property of byNadiaBlanco™. Purchase grants a licence to use it. It does not transfer ownership of anything.
The drafts it generates for you are yours. Use them, edit them, send them, publish them. We claim no ownership over your output and no rights in what you write.
Please understand that AI output is not unique to you. Another user describing a similar situation may receive a similar draft. That is inherent to how these tools work, and it is another reason to edit what you're given until it sounds like you.
What happens to the text you type in — including that it is sent to OpenAI for processing — is set out in full in our Privacy Policy. Please read it.
You are responsible for what you put into the tool, including any personal information belonging to other people. Do not paste in sensitive personal data about a third party.
Session AI is a writing tool. It is not a guarantee of representation, bookings, replies, income or any career outcome. It writes the message. What happens next depends on your work, your timing and the person receiving it.
Nothing Session AI produces is legal, financial, tax or contractual advice. If a message carries real legal or financial weight — a contract, a dispute, a formal complaint — take proper professional advice before sending it.
We provide Session AI with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or opportunity.
In particular, we are not liable for the consequences of anything you send. You read the draft, you decided to send it, and it went out under your name.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, or excludes any right you have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
